You can with this quick & easy recipe for Cookie Dough Overnight Oats.

Packed with protein, healthy fat and fiber, this grab-and-go breakfast option will check all the boxes for a delicious & nutritious way to start your day!

2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I use Shaklee French Vanilla Plant)
A pinch of fine kosher salt
2 tbsp almond or natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups milk of choice

Combine all dry ingredients into a mason jar. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk. Mix together until there are no clumps. Cover with lid and chill in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
